Well, we’re back and let me tell you, it’s great to be here. i’ll try to hit you guys up this afternoon with a download of some things that are completely unacceptable in my opinion, but right now I’ve gotta go get my kid from school and then figure out how to entertain him on this, gloomiest of days. Okay, gotta run. See you in a bit. Sorry I’ve been so lame at updating this thing lately but with all these shows and the record coming out and shit, I’ve been up to my dick in bullshit. Hopefully, we’ll rectify this lack of daily updates soon. Finally, man, nothing beats a residual 2nd/3rd day hangover like running a few miles. I just did four,  which I know sounds like a gross pain in the ass, but man, there’s no other way to feel this much better after only half an hour. Get off your ass, why don’t you?
